REFUNDS & RETURNS:

Due to the nature of our items being customized, we do not offer refunds or returns. There are no refunds given on any digital download items. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of arrival so we can issue a replacement.
